Shipping Policy

International Deliveries will be charged at cost.

We do our utmost to dispatch products within two working days. We will endeavour to deliver to you within 30 days of confirmation with the exception of personal requirements or specifications. Delivery to more remote areas of the UK may take slightly longer. Please note, we cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you check with the Customs and Excise Department before ordering from us.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the situation were we have accepted an order and you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating that wish to us within two working days of our acceptance. If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We recommend goods are returned using a secure and traceable shipping method as they remain your responsibility until they are received back to us. If we find your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product. It is imperative that you notify us and return goods within 28 working days of receipt of goods.

The exception to this is goods tailored to your personal requirements or specifications. In these circumstances we do not accept any return unless we have not supplied the goods to the specifications given to us by you the customer. In addition, we will not accept the return of gift vouchers or any goods which have been personalised, including garments which have undergone alteration.
